Education + Training Awards
In support of our skaters, coaches and officials, our club provides awards for the following categories.
Applications are due on May 15th, 2022 at 11:59pm Mountain Time and are for education and training that occurred during July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 membership year. This year, the club is providing four $175 awards.

Athlete Skill-Building
Applicant must:

Be a home club member skater

Apply for an event beyond regular training. Examples include:

Submit on-line request which includes:

Training plan for the year
-
How this grant will help achieve training goals

Goals for this specific training request

Must submit proof of training attendance, copy of certificate and a copy of the registration receipt.
Coach Education & Training
Covers expenses related to accredited education.
Applicant must:

Be a professional home club member
-
Apply for an education and training through PSA, LTS, US Figure Skating. Examples include:

PSA Certification & Continuing Education

Learn to Skate Certification & Continuing Education

US Figure Skating camps
-

Submit on-line request which includes:

Plan for the year
-
How this grant will help achieve coaching goals

Goals for this specific training request

Must submit proof of training attendance, copy of certificate and a copy of the registration receipt.

Bring back lessons learned to share with the club.
Officials Education & Training
Covers expenses related to accredited education.
Applicant must:

Be a home club member
-
Registered with US Figure Skating as a prospective official (judge, technical official, accountant, referee, music, announcer).
