COVID Safety Plan

Please review the COVID Operating + Safety Plan. Note that only one spectator/chaperone is allowed in the indoor rink; there is no limit to spectators on the outdoor rink. Livestreaming of events will be available. Unvaccinated are required to wear face coverings in the indoor rink. We ask skaters to come ready to skate and get ready outside of the rink; no locker rooms will be available. Please respect the safety plan so we can keep our larger skating community healthy, our local community healthy, and reduce the impact on our limited health care system in the Wood River Valley. Your behavior impacts our community as well as your own. A recording of the zoom call about the plan is below.

US Figure Skating Waivers

Please remember to sign your waivers with USFSA and get a screenshot of your competition profile. If you have not secured a password associated with your child's USFSA number with USFSA, you will need to do that first by contacting   memberservices@usfigureskating.org.  

 

Once you have done this and can access the member only website, you can sign the waivers and then please take a screenshot of your child's competition profile.  To avoid having to supply this at registration check-in, you can email this to us by Monday, July 19th to admin@sunvalleyfsc.org or you must have it available on your phone to present at the registration desk when you check-in prior to your child's event. Instructions with screen shots for signing the waivers can be found HERE.

Photography for Purchase

We are excited that event photography is being provided by Melanie Heaney Photography. You may pre-order through her event website HERE. There's a preorder coupon code for $5 off that will be valid until Tues, July 20, 10pm Mountain time. The code is SV2021.  If you wish to order at the event, flyers & signs with QR codes will be available at the rink.

Videography for Purchase

Event videography is being provided by Jeff Lancaster at Pro-Mix. Order Videos Online HERE.

Instructions for ordering online: Go to web store, select Sun Valley Summer Championship 2021, fill out all info then at the end include Skater's name, Date Time and Costume color of all skates. A few days later you will receive a link in your E-mail.  Click on "view all files" button and it will take you to the Hightail web page. You can view the videos on phone or tablet but you have to download to a computer.  You don't have to join Hightail or subscribe; please download all your files to a computer, eventually the link will expire.  You can forward the link to family and friends for free.  A few weeks later you will receive the link for the free Montage which is a fun video scrapbook of the whole event.

Starting Orders+Results

Starting Orders and Results will be posted outside of the indoor rink doors in between the indoor and outdoor rinks. We also will have Live Scoring on-line for all events HERE (if you do not see your event listed, check the paper postings outside the rink).
